This senior care facility project involved tenant improvements to the building which included renovations to classrooms, administrative spaces, bathrooms, and a common area. The completion of all electrical work and the fire alarm for this project included, but was not limited to, providing and installing new light fixtures, Title 24 compliant controls, installing an exit and emergency lighting system, outlets including controlled receptacles, 2-compartment floor boxes for therapy equipment, conference rooms, dental exam, and modular furniture, electrical connections for commercial kitchen equipment, along with electrical connections for commercial kitchen equipment, utilizing existing sub panels where possible. In addition, telephone terminal boards at each IDF & MDF, 4" EMT conduits between buildings for low voltage cabling distribution, ring & string provisions for all low voltage systems, back box with 1" conduit stub to ceiling in clinic building for all low provisions, code minimum fire alarm system, connections & circuitry for water heaters, provide, coordinate, and install power for all the ADHC commercial kitchen equipment, conduits and pathways for access control and security systems, fire caulking for all electrical penetrations through fire rated walls, installing feeders from E-panels on the roof in ADHC building at two locations, providing and installing rough-in systems for nurse call and tele/data systems, layouts for any below grade electrical systems and temporary power and connections.
